The backup status will be disabled by default and you need to enable this to activate and avail the free backup storage. If you need more backup space, you need to make additional payment as credit in your account using the subscription page.

Please follow the steps below to enable free backup.

1. Login into CloudStick dashboard.
2. Navigate to backup from the header, right hand side.
3. Click on Enable as per the screenshot below:

4. Click on Change plan then select 10Gb or 5 GB plan as per your plan type then click on Apply.
