SSL Version Or CIPHER Mismatch Error!

The “SSL Version or Cipher Mismatch Error” typically occurs when there is a problem with the SSL/TLS handshake between a client (such as a browser or application) and a server. This error indicates that the client and server could not agree on a common SSL/TLS version or cipher suite to use for secure communication.

Steps to Fix:

Login to the Cloudstick dashboard.

Click on the corresponding server.

Click on the corresponding website.

Click on  ‘Manage SSL’  in the  menu.

Click on Update configuration.

Enable ‘HSTS’  under ‘Access Methods’ and click ‘Update’.

The issue will be solved.
