If you are accessing the server via FTP or SSH, then make sure that you are using the correct login details. In CSF we have specified the maximum SSH/FTP failed attempts as 3. It specifies the maximum number of authentication attempts permitted per connection. Once the number of failures reaches 3 your IP gets blocked you need to manually unblock your IP in CSF.
