The backup feature provides a reliable, flexible solution to safeguard your critical data effortlessly. The backup status will be disabled by default and you need to enable this to activate and avail the free backup storage quota. All plans other than ‘Trial ‘ and ‘Free’ have free Quota accordingly. If you need more backup space, you can purchase using your credit and you can see the options in the 3rd screenshot.
Please follow the steps below to enable free backup Quota.
1. Login to CloudStick dashboard.
2. Navigate to backup from the header, on the top right corner and click on it.
3. Click on ‘Change Plan’ as shown below:
4. Click on Change plan then select backup Quota as per your plan and then click on Apply.
Now turn on the ‘Backup Status’ Button and your Backup will be enabled according to the selected quota.
Now you can go to the Website Backups and turn on the backup.
Now click on “Add Website Backup”.
Fillout the details and click create.
You will see the Success message saying “You have enabled backup”.
Archived Backups
Whenever you delete Websites or servers Accidentally/Intensionally the backupfiles gets stored in the Archived folder for 7 days and gets Automatically deleted afterwards.You can restore it or delete it accordingly.
Now to check the Archived backup, delete a website for which Backup is enabled and Backup file is already generated.
Now , go to Backup page from Dashboard and click on Archived backup.
Now , you can see the Archived backup files as shown below. You can restore it from there or delete it as you wish.
